the counties surrounding philly have mostly all gone democrat vs republican ( chester county still republican and perhaps not for long). why, families for the last few decades have been leaving the city and moving into the surrounding counties. can these long term democrats be turned? I expect so, based on jobs, economy, medical cost etc. Romney has his work cut out for him to get their vote.
