Greece is getting a margin call, and if they thought printing would save them they would be out of the EU in a heartbeat. The US has inexhaustible paper, but it's a confidence game. What the US is doing is taking a toll on confidence and explains all the misinformation and market manipulation designed to promote confidence. The secular uptrend in gold tells the story in spite of the present cyclical correction. Traders use technicals to make trades. You seem to use them to prognosticate the fundamentals.
