I agree. I have been watching these guys for about a year (fortunately from the outside) and they are good producers - of press releases. Also in the neighborhood of 100m shares (SGV and SPQ), it will take a lot to move to the upside. It seems Gauthier likes to put deals together and then it's off to the next deal - and nothing gets done. I still have some hope for KWG with the Cupey project. With Faucher in control (we're told) since September perhaps KWG is really negotiating a better deal. Also there seems to be an attempt to NOT dilute KWG shares and that is also a favorable sign. FWIW
