What OPEC does with its quotas is less important than what OPEC does with its overall production. If all OPEC does is bring its quotas in line with its real current production, the effect won't be great. The fear is that all current OPEC production will remain except Saudi Arabia will increase theirs. If so, Short term problems. Ron Clark
