Imo, value investors who have cash should be looking at this market of falling stocks and be making selective purchases now. Of course when fear rules- if that's what's happening, then it may be difficult to not also follow the crowd that keeps moving to the exits. And it could be that maybe the building really is on fire.

Anyway, many fills (buys) for me today.
