Darn, I hate to bring this up.

It seems that when we signed those Registration agreements (you called it Form such-and-such, I forget what it was) ... well, anyway, I kinda' forgot what I was doing and used the standard issue FBN-Pen.

You know, the special pen ... the same one that we use when clients have a few minor additions or corrections to make to their contracts. The one with the special ink ... the stuff that disappears? (I'm still in awe of the things our lab can do!)

So, I fear that the form whatever-it-is has no signatures. (note to self: hmmm ... maybe that's why that SEC guy kept calling during my naptimes).

Perhaps the lack of signatures might cause a problem if we proceed with the IPO tomorrow?
