i'll be jiggered: CABOT puts IOM back on "buy" status mid-day - after he told his loyal troops to avoid the stock at $17, he now says buy on the increasing momentum at $31 or better. avoid at $17, buy at $31. that's momentum trading folks he obviously believes IOM has it again.

it was sent out to his troops via his fax hotline and is written about in his upcoming newsletter
