Utter, former board member and general counsel of Nerox, has extensive experience in the operation of public corporations. Utter was president, chairman of the board and general counsel to Tommy Lasorda Foods Inc., which he took public in 1991. In addition, Utter has syndicated $40,000,000 in securities and real estate.
