We know Obama and the Whitehouse already released one phony birth certificate to the public via email. This emailed certificate and this hard copy sent to Arizona need to be analyzed by experts. If these are both exactly the same as that phony copy released earlier by Obama and the Whitehouse, we have a problem. If these are different from that released earlier by Obama, we may have a larger problem. Nobody is supposed to have 2 different birth certificates uw online.wsj.com
