If you are saying salaries in California should be the same as Dakota... Yea I'm laughing. As for "guessing" about Dakota, well it was right there in the post. How you got to culture is the only "guessing" that is needed :) As for corporate exec pay (the term salary doesn't really apply) you'll have to re-read and ask if you don't understand the point that the poster is fine the same lack of performance-pay situation that he rails on teachers for (AND he seems fine with buyer beware free markets for everything except his pet issue of the day.) That way you won't spend a lot of time imposing you own suppositions as you did with the "culture" post... Making it irrelavent. DAK
