He thought he was standing his ground? Exercising his 2nd Amendment rights?
If the guy had used a gallon of gasoline and a lighter to threaten people so he could cut in line, would you ban gasoline and lighters?

What if someone wrestled away the gun....or gallon of gasoline? Should they be charged with assault and battery because they didn't run away? Or should they be commended for standing their ground and defending their life?

If someone was attacking your wife, would you stand your ground and defend her or would you run away? (nevermind, you are probably the wrong person to ask this question....most men, however, would defend their wife).
