It seems to me if it is true that Odumbozocare is so important, so popular and the judges on the SCOTUS are so hypocritical, partisan and judicial activists (actually judicial activism is when judges write laws through opinion rather than striking down laws which is their job), then these liberal judges would have NO problem getting the Constitution changed by Amendment to make Odumbozocare a slam dunk Constitutionally speaking right? Wrong. Liberals have had endless years to change the Constitutional to make Odumbozocare legal Constitutionally and they haven't. They can't, because in reality, Odumbozocare and the Constitution as is are what people want, not what these whining liberal lying hacks say is true.
