RVBD has had enviable earnings growth but it's stock is not immune to an economic slowdown. Consider the stock's earnings drop off in 2009 despite sales revenue growth:

Also in the last quarter RVBD showed a -46.7 sales growth compared to last year's quarter.

Considering the stock has a book value of less than $5.00 per share, that it pays no dividend, a longer term investor might be wise to wait for the all clear sign before going in whole hog on this stock.

Smart Money values RVBD at about 8.63 a share:

What I am looking for this summer is a quite likely deeper sell off. Once that happens many stocks will offer great long term buying opportunities. If the Investors Intelligence Poll has had more Bears than Bulls in it then that will be one great sign that a good buy in the market is here. That info comes out each Wednesday later in the day:

We will also see numerous positive divergences in market breadth even as the market makes new lows.

We just are not anywhere near where we need to be to hit the all clear bell for being long.

But once that happen I will be in the market with at least 50% of my cash going long. I don't care at what level. RVBD may be a great buy then. Many other stocks will be as well.
