My guess is that there must be some really bad news coming from CMVT soon and management (or somebody inside) has tipped off the analysts so we end up holding the bag. Volume was significant today on a big downside move. Smashed through the 52 week low. There is nothing positive here.

As a BSN shareholder I would like to thank the management of BSN for tying the value of my stock to this piece of @%&*. To think that BSN was at 32 when the deal was announced, now its 20 and change. I hope there is someway out of this deal but seriously doubt it.
