Jesse-- for whatever its worth, when I ordered my CleanSweep update,I asked the salesperson how business was. She said there were 5 busy people at night and more during the day. It took me between 5-10 minutes to get thru. In addition, I was told that shipments are now 2 weeks behind because of brisk business.

Let's hope.
