As usual, the "doom and gloom" picture which is being painted by the Republicans. It looks like you did not read my post well. Any recovery here in the US begins with consumer sentiment and real estate activity. Both these have shown an upward trend in recent months. Now, this can reverse if the banks and Wall Street continue with their foot dragging. But the reversal surely will not be because of Europe, China and other Third world countries. It is the price of oil and banking.

Mm, you have posted a lot of "look they are saying so". I have not seen you post anything that is original thinking on your part. It is time you start doing so. Just think for yourself.

You point out some post about slowing of growth in China. The growth in India has also slowed judging from the FOREX figures. But they still have a projected growth rate of 5 to 6% not the 9 to 10% of past years. Are you convinced and trying to convince us that the 5 to 6% growth rate is not good? Off course, it is impossible to maintain a rate of 9 to 10%. But 5 to 6% is still healthy.

You are so concerned about the US figures. Just figure if O had not rescued the auto industry and instead let it go the way Romney proposed, what shape the US economy would be in today. Those capitalist ways as espoused by Romney do not work any more. Obama is not the problem. Capitalism as we practice it today, complete with Wall Street, banking etc. is the problem.
