What surprises me is that the rest of King County did not see even a small bump up in their medians given how small the inventory has become.

See much of the same slowness down here few motivated buyers or sellers..

On the contrary, the stats are showing sales were up 15-20% YOY. There are motivated buyers here.........we are getting overbids and multiple bids in good locations. That's why I am surprised the median did not bump up at least a little in other parts of the metro.
