re: Did anybody listen to the call on the 25th?

I didn't, but here is what I hear elsewhere...

-start-

Sounded like we are still at full staff analyzeing ore and trying to put a deal together.

Working with about 5 possible deals world wide.

Al said he was optimistic we will get a deal.

Al said mostly large deals with full finance and proven reserves to last 5 years min. 2 deals in Mexico, 1 in USA , 1 in China and 1 in Columbia.

Management is still funding out of pocket.

EMP was on the shelf until we started getting a revenue flow.

Al did also say that they would update the web site with this presentation so those that missed it could listen to it.

He did a good job explaining what they need in a deal and what some of the problems are in getting a deal.

Some of the main problems was that they are looking for companies that have proven 43-101 resources so as to get financing and assurances that the precious metals are there. The problem is that most start ups don't have that or the money needed to get a program going. People also are reluctant to be the first, they want to see running operation and ask those people how it is going.............but we don't have that.

Al wants to get enough money to pay for audited financials and the cost of getting listed.

He said that large governments and banks where a lot more complicated to deal with than imaginable.
