Isn't it interesting that I wrote last week that it looked like short selling in this stock. At least there has been very heavy selling in advance of the downgrade. Could anyone have known in advance of the downgrade coming? You wouldn't think so, but look at the activity. I wonder how much stock they have in their inventory. Not much I bet. The fact that someone downgraded shows interest in the stock. If no one recognized the stock it probably wouldn't be a very good stock to start with. Analyst recognition even in downgrades is important. I don't think they understand their business plan very well. I didn't get to see any coments regarding the downgrade, just the headline on the link that you pointed out. I think that if they recognized that PAX has more bandwidth than any other company including the telcoms that they would place a higher value on the stock. The company has the ability to offer various other communications solutions that could generate substantial additional revenues. Other things, such as lower operating costs compared to other networks and higher advertising rates due to more directly targeted audiences will eventually show up in the price of the PAX stock.
