Does anyone have a technical opinion on IDEC three attempts and failures to break above 40? Does this mean anything or is just base-building? Does anyone have a window for when the FDA annoucement will occur? It seems overdue. Does this potentially indicate a problem with the manufacturing data requested by the FDA or just more goverment feet dragging? All inputs are welcome, Contrarian
