So Krugman thinks the Fed's policies of QE this and that and Obama's $5 trillion of deficit spending was futile?

What was needed? $20 trillion?

As best I can tell, Krugman was recommending $300 billion annual stimulus when Obama settled for $200 billion over 4 years.

I don't think the additional $400 billion would not have made any difference to the economy.
