Unions protect the worker from the rich and powerful. How you can twist that to say they take advantage of the worker is amazing. Workers have fought for unions with their blood and guts for a long time. And the rich and powerful have hired bully boys to beat them up when they tried to organize."

The problem with your constant restatement of this is that you cannot point to any time after slavery that people were forced to take a job they didn't want.
