The story is the same as then: cheap money brings handsome rewards but guarantees crisis

The crisis part is probably true, but it is not clear if cheap money brings rewards every time. Big Ben B. has been lending out large amounts of money almost for free, for quite a long time - but where are the handsome rewards? There do not seem to be many, unless you are in some way or another close to the source. I suppose one "reward" is that the government can still borrow enough to meet its daily expenses... even if the source of funds is Ben's computer.
