Why you must be mistaken?....first, "Novation" hasn't changed its name, and second your statement that "ALL" subsidiaries had changed their name is incorrect. Unless you can share with investors here the previous names of Advent or Corvisa, I would say that you should do more research before misleading anyone.

You're right about there being 91.2 million shares outstanding and you're pretty close on there being 85.9 million dollars in Senior Debt but, its not due until 2035. What you fail to address is the very favorable terms of that debt whose interest only payments are currently covered with ease from current cash flows.

Finally, the company clearly states that the law suits from the old Reit are more likely than not without merit, and in my view the company is right.
