I keep hearing this stuff about Keynesian economics and socialism but I don't think the NUMBERS bear it out.

Obama hasn't been a big spender. Even the stimulus package was made up of about 30% TAX CUTS.

The U.S. has been CUTTING revenues from taxes since Reagan came into office. Look at a chart of the deficits since Reagan was elected. It took over 200 years for the U.S. to get to ONE Trillion in debt. It only took about eight years of Reagan to TRIPLE that.

H.W.Bush and Clinton tried to turn that around with some more reasonable policies that actually 'raised' some taxes. At the end of the Clinton Administration the country was actually running some SURPLUSES.

It didn't take long for the young MORON Bush to throw those surpluses away. Then that IDIOT put us into two wars that actually made our geopolitical situation WORSE while also throwing a couple TRILLION into a rathole never to be seen again.

NONE of this means I'm a fan of Obama. He went from the state legislature in Ilinois to the White House in about 4 years and that ain't NEVER gonna work. Hillary had the knowledge and moxie to make it work, but Obama was out of his league.

Romney is going to win in a LANDSLIDE and I think that's BEST for the country at this point. It will mean the Republicans will control the ENTIRE government and they won't be able to blame anyone else when those votes to increase the debt limit come up. When those votes DO come up they are actually going to have to consider (many of these tea party fellows) how those decisions affect real people. It'll be a wakeup call for many of these idiots that you can't have EVERYTHING without figuring out HOW to pay for it.
