That's a horrible post. There are so many things wrong with it, that I don't even know where to begin. Our Constitution is still relevant today and there is a means for changing it, if the population so desires. It's neigh impossible to change it... especially when people tend to worship it. It's just law, and laws are modernized and made more workable all the time. As the USSC recently demonstrated, you can't take special interest money out of politics without changing the constitution. Unless you argue that the forefathers envisioned giant corporations being defined as people.
