No, they did not, but that is a Law. So we don't have to like the Citizens United rule, but it is now Law and we need to live with it, until the ACLU or other right-minded civil liberties orgs are able to get it overturned. My bottom line is that we are a nation built on the Rule of Law. I hate it when I see everyone trampling on our Constitution and the Rule of Law, or in Obama's case, refusing to prosecute criminals like Corzine, and signing bills like the NDAA into law when provisions within it are unConstitutional and violate our most basic rights codified in the Bill of Rights.

We all deserve the right to be free of Tyranny. Provisions within the NDAA trample on those rights. I look forward to the day when the ACLU or journalists or some other body successfully challenges those provisions and forces our government to rewrite them in a way that doesn't destroy our Freedoms.

I dont' know about you, but I don't want one man deciding the fate of citizens in this country. I want a jury of peers deciding their fate with access to lawyers and the whole bit. It's an imperfect system, but our Judicial system has been one of the best in the world for guaranteeing our Freedoms. We shouldn't toss it to the wind now.
