I've never been to one, but I believe that Rally's has to compete on the low-end since they are not that visible in the marketplace. Also, remember that Rally's is primarily in the midwest, which is not Jack-in-the-Box's marketplace (yet). I think it's more useful to compare Jack-in-the-Box to its bigger rivals, like MacDonalds and Burger King. And the burger war is hurting all of them. Hard to believe that FM could be this low, but I'm hoping the post-T-Day rally will kick in and raise all ships, including FM. With the recent market gyrations, I feel better about holding FM than any of my other stock picks right now. Regards, D. Kuspa
