No, they did not, but that is a Law. So we don't have to like the Citizens United rule, but it is now Law and we need to live with it, until the ACLU or other right-minded civil liberties orgs are able to get it overturned.

The point is that the constitution is not sacrosanct and should be easier to amend. You and I both seem to agree that our country, at this point, is being run by corporate interests. To change that, under present law.... there is just no way to get there from here.

God knows we write new law all the time on every level except the constitutional level.
