Feelings over facts koan ? You attempt to steer with one and ignore the other. The bank teller is paid an agreed upon wage as is the bank manager. Only one of us chooses to tie the amount of the wage to the worth of the person. Your wailing about J Dimon {not spelled Diamond} making what the market is willing to bear shows your lack of a basic understanding of how our market works.
