Slaves were very expensive. What good would he be with his/her foot chopped off? You watch too many BS movies. Slavery is a horrible activity, however nobody destroys their expensive property. Slavery today is reflected by the Democrat Party hustlers who keep the blacks as a voting block and offer no assistance in better education. They want corralled blocks of voters they can stir up every summer before election day. Democrats are the worse slavers of all. They ridicule successful blacks and make them targets of "not black enough house nigger" taunts. *Back in the day you could chop a nigger's foot off if he tried to run away...*
