The people expecting a free ride will be upset... but not enough to change the balance of anything. I expect those independents to be more like the Perot independents of 1992 and to be more concerned about deficits and economic growth than the creation of a new entitlement. The politicians won't care... they will continue spending other peoples money to keep their special interests satisfied. Business as usual. Those enjoying the benefits of Obamacare just aren't numerous enough to establish themselves as a special interest.
