Pot, like any other substance you ingest, affects many people in many ways. If I drink, I am a drunk. So I don't drink. Doesn't mean I should be trying to force everybody else not to drink. I have eight Grand kids, and I suspect, as a guess, that all of the teenage ones have at least tried pot.

Drugs are a good example of something that will undergo a public policy change.
