Sheesh!!! I agree, OJ, am I at the zoo or what?
I go lie down for a bit and come back to this. Actually, it was more than a bit, but I'm feeling better. Had that fever, chills, wobblely head, headache, body aching feeling yesterday afternoon. Slept late today and then took a 4 hour nap today. I'm healing --- sympathy not needed. Chicken noodle soup and more OJ, please. Then, hot tea.
Got a special date tomorrow night that I have to be well for --- well, we've postponed it once already, so maybe we ought to again. Then, the next time would be the third try and we all know, "Third time is charm".
OJ --- I'm drinking plenty --- planning on going to the track on Thursday with some friends. You got any horses running at Churchill on Thursday? Imagine this. Some folks will be out there and just bet on Pat Day. He's a good jockey, but he isn't running around the track, right?
In my younger days, I would have jumped right on the "alligator" band wagon --- BIG mouth and no ears. It was my CB handle. Now a days, I listen a lot. Maybe a "prarie dog" is more fitting. Just when you haven't heard from me in while, I pop up.
