You must have missed this.

The permit says that the ONLY plastics that JBI can receive are NON RECYCLABLE plastics. That means by definition plastics that there is no market for.

Since DEC has been on site multiple times and inspected the plastics being used at JBI, I feel safe in saying that a NY State agency agrees that the plastics being used at JBI are compliant with the permit requirements.

So the evidence suggests that your $700/ton number is not the case.

You don't believe that the NYDEC is lying do you?
