Obama leaked this "kill" story to make him look strong. Broke right along with NEWSWEEK in the NYT. And it does work well for him.

I doubt it will work well for him. It will make young lefties queasy. Older voters will remember LBJ micromanaging the Vietnam war. Anybody who knows anything about organizations understands that Obama is not qualified to do this job and ought to be delegating it to someone who does.
