one_less...."We should raise awareness of it and encourage black people (and everyone else) to support politicians on the principles they hold dear, not on demographics."... Agreed. I thought that with Mr Herman Cain's attempt at the republican nomination was a good start but we have seen what happens to a Black person standing up to the democratic party establishment, And Allen West being kicked out of the NAACP. There are others who have tried to make changes, maybe with time and more brave people like these ....Condi Rice....things will change....Maybe.
