I could understand the 57 state comment, as just be tired on the campaign trail.

This just seems to reflect a fundamental misunderstanding of the history. I watched/listened to part of that ceremony, but didn't see that part and I don't know if his comments were scripted or what.

But I think he's gotten on Poland's last nerve.
