Thanks for the info Don,

Even though there are 10M in revenues, that doesn't mean they're profitable. If not profitable, then I see omnidata as ANOTHER hurdle to overcome for CYI. Since CYI has enough troubles to cope with (increasing gross margins, bad stockperformance...), I think that they should have avoided this acquisition.
