I use Quotes Plus for Metastock, and as you know, they have a Quotes Plus Relative Strength measure. Do you know if their measure, which is also on a scale of 0 to 99, is comparable to IBD? If so, I can scan for all stocks between $4 and $30 (which is the universe that I tend to focus on) with a QRS above 80. Jan
