Why hire SAIC to 'validate' the commercial viability when he supposedly should already know the costs involved and the prices the pyrolysis oil can get??

And for whom was commercial viability validated? Certainly not for shareholders since Bordynuik hasn't released details of SAIC's results. One thing he has validated is his lack of transparency.
