Chuck, with all due respect, I think you should take off those rose colored glasses and take a second look. Most of the problems
IPM has faced in the past are very much still ahead of them.
They still have to come up with an economical recovery method
and now they have to come up with additional funding in a bearish
market. As for being controlled by institutional investors; I doubt
it very much. More downside risk here before any turnaround, in
my opinion anyway.
