Dear Chirodoc:

I am happy to hear from all of EarthLink's investors ... and I certainly hope that you would change your email address to earthlink.net instead of ATT. I think the things I mentioned in my previous posts are great reasons to become an EarthLink member ... on top of the fact that you are now a stakeholder. The easiest way to do this is to go to www.earthlink.net. In the middle of the page is an invitation to join with a web based registration form ... no fuss no muss.

As for the other issues you raised, EarthLink is really not in the "content" business per se. We spend a lot of time and energy making content that others produce easily accessible by our members but don't think our lot in life is to be a studio. Ultimately, we see AOL as a destination on the world wide web. Today it is byoisp but in the future I could see us providing access to AOL in a much more straight forward way ... now all I have to do is convince Steve Case of that.

:-)

Final note to those few brave souls that frequent this thread. I would certainly like to see discussion about EarthLink on this forum but I hate the header. Maybe PeterR could start a new thread on a more positive note than "EarthLink wraps your fish".
