tonto, I was reporting what a lawyer friend of my stated that he paid of his daughter's tuition for the year. He no doubt was including other course fees per hour is his payment when he came up with the $18,000 annual tuition cost. His daughter lived at home in Jefferson City and travels the 30 miles to Columbia for her classes. Below is the actual posted from the Missouri University web site. Note the addition cost per hour which is added to the basic tuition. Today, during various TV programs they were citing the high cost of going to college and the student debt which has accumulated by students. I am surprise to hear you say that what the students and graduates are saying is false. Bottom line: Students and parents are not able to come up with the money to provide their children with the quality of education/trade to acquire the proper skill sets. admissions.missouri.edu
