trey, cpq did the design and planning and allows FIC to benefit from cpq's buying power from vendors if needed. but, the 799 pc is done by FIC for cpq.. cpq doesn't have the capactiy to handle demand. and cpq doesn't have alot of people anyway. they make 80k profit per employee. this is unusual since they bot two compnaies this yr and added about 8-9k people with that. they haven't had a chance to optimize tandem yet,
