Of course, a 50 point rise like we're seeing today, though it is reminiscent of QCOM's rise in 1999 (a year I remember fondly), could reverse as it is an intraday print.

But I don't think so. We are living in uncertain times, with the bond market calling it out its brutal message. Gold should do extremely well. I think we'll see 2k before the end of the year.
