Obama Order Sped Up Wave of Cyberattacks Against Iran

obviously this is being released now to show that Obama isn't just another "nice guy" and that he can be decisive. Taking credit for the stuxnet worm at this point in time is similar to how he spiked the Osama Bin Laden football a couple of weeks ago.
