TO ALL:

I'm responding to this post from Riley. As you are well aware, things have turned pretty ugly here. I've never seen so many lawsuits surrounding one stock ever.

Having said that, it is important that you are all aware that Riley and Pugs are claiming victory with the involvement of the NASD and the SEC. It is true that there is a NASD and SEC investigation underway here.

What you all need to know is that, contrary to what is being posted here, there is no way that the NASD or the SEC openly discuss the details of their investigations. Anyone who has ever had a conversation with the SEC (and I have many times on GIFS and SEXI and others){wink}, will tell you that they are largely one-way conversations. The SEC will flat out refuse to discuss anything. You talk, they listen. So anyone telling you about the nature of this investigation is spreading nothing but BS. If Pugs or Riley tell you about who the investigation centers around, they are blowing a lot of smoke at you.

Moreover, the time has come to discuss what has become some severe harassment. I have had my office numbers posted, against my wishes, and have received crank calls which neither my assistant or I have time for. Riley and Pugs have certainly spoken to the NASD and the SEC about me. I am confident in my ability to post as a private citizen, and about what I have posted here.

It may be time to ask yourselves just why Riley and Pugs are going to such extremes to get me off this thread. I have asked Riley, many times, to tell us just exactly where he gets his numbers from. He has never answered except to say trust him. He promised he would never divulge the fact that the two of us had had a conversation, as its content is inappropriate for this thread. It's a simple matter of one's word, as Riley continues to tell you.

You can all take Riley's numbers as gospel, but you then are perfectly willing to assume that no one gave him bogus information from the beginning, no one has sold, everyone who has asked for certificates is properly accounted for, and the actual float. The observable phenemena of the market do not support his numbers, and the company does not support Riley's numbers.

Riley may even succeed in getting me off here (but I'm here until they pry my fingers from this keyboard), but there will be someone who will come in behind me. The truth will ultimately come out here and Riley can't prevent that, only delay it a bit perhaps. But delay is the name of the game here.

Let's face it. There are some serious issues to be addressed here. The character assassination is astonishing! Don't attack the information, attack the person. There is so much conflicting information given here by both sides.

However, anyone telling you that a newspaper story is bogus and paid for by Mork is utterly ridiculous. And why bother to interview the only part-time employee anyway? And Pugs $6 value on this stock is unsupportable from any generally accepted accounting principal.

Anyone who looks at the trading history of this stock and the claims made about why it went up and down, need to look no further than the company. The big plummet at the end of '96 was caused by a pile of stock being issued at the end of the year, and the company's promise of getting the financials out was always three weeks away. They promised them at the end of the year, and investors got to see them the end of March. Pugs wants to know what made it go from .20 to $4. Well, what made it go from $4 to $1.625? You tell me.

Riley, you can try all you want to get me off this thread. You are the one who brought my company into this. Not me. They have absolutely no interest in this issue. You can arrange for all the harassment you want, but it provides me an even firmer resolve to see this to its inevitable conclusion. I'd have been long gone, if it weren't for your tactics. I figure you have a very good reason for trying to remove anyone who doesn't support you or your numbers.

Looks to me you're willing to do just about anything, doesn't it? And I'm accused of being desperate?
