One article I read indicated that there may be a buyer for the building-----but not an American buyer. So Obama sunk taxpayer money into the building and now will sell the building to a foreign buyer? Looks like America is for sale. Sorry I don't have a link on that-----China was mentioned as a possible source but with no company name , the other nation I don't recall the name. Perhaps someone here read the same article.
