TJ, As a past participant, I can vouch that the imperialist pig dog military has hundreds (if not thousands) of detailed, constantly updated, contingency plans for possible trouble scenarios around the globe. I can also assure you that the civilization state PLA does similar scenario gaming and contingency planning. If not, they should be replaced immediately for incompetence! Not to be alarmed...it is a normal part of military training, planning and preparedness. David
